A unified administration serves the fulfillment of both types of tasks.

The "Grundordnung", "Einschreibungsordnung" (enrollment regulations), and "Prüfungsordnung" (examination regulations) are published in the Official Gazette of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Research of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. All other regulations, as well as decisions to be published, are announced by the 必威体育最新版下载in a publication sheet. It regulates the procedure, the date of entry into force of the regulations, and the form of publication, in particular the requirements for the publication sheet.
